As China rushes to compete with the rapidly
expanding western market demands for Automobiles, Electronics, and Novalties of all sorts, the number of individuals
sustaining Traumatic Brain Injury is also rising. We have already seen the influence of western nutritional
vaules on the number of new cases of Diabetes (30% rise in the past 10 years) and now the numbers of TBI cases will add
to that health care burden. If early medical care is not instituted in a relatively short time from injury, the progressive
and debilitating affects of caring for these individuals will be passed on to the state medical system. At present,
the US generates some 2 Million cases of TBI a year on a 300 Million populations; roughly 0.66% of the population.
Taking China's present population of 1.4 Billion into the equations yields some 9.24 Million casualties a year. Early
